These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Cardboard Corner Cartel (CCC) through this online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

CCC sells trading cards, graded cards, sealed trading card products, accessories, collectibles, and related merchandise. Many collectible items are unique or limited-quantity products. Inventory is subject to prior sale and an item may become unavailable before checkout is completed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an inventory error, pricing error, duplicate sale, or other listing error prevents fulfillment.

Product condition and images

For individual cards and graded collectibles, condition, grading information, language, variant, and other item-specific details are provided in the listing. When photographs of the actual item are shown, those photographs form part of the product description. Minor differences in color may occur because of lighting, cameras, and display settings.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping and local-pickup options, when available, are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy displayed on this store. Certain collectible products, including individual trading cards and graded cards, may be final sale except where an item is incorrect, materially not as described, or arrives damaged.

Order review and cancellation

CCC may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, listing errors, quantity limitations, or other circumstances that prevent proper fulfillment. If a paid order is cancelled by CCC, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Site use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory systems, reproduce store content unlawfully, or use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

CCC branding, original site content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Cardboard Corner Cartel unless otherwise indicated. Product names, trademarks, and intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
